Keeping in accordance with health and security principles has been one of the main challenges for HR. Today, health in the healthcare environment is considerably more than just cleanliness and safety of patients. Stress of the work is a natural and expected factor. Although workers can improve their productivity under stress-free conditions, increased levels of stress are affecting the work abilities and capabilities of workers. During the time of the pandemic, healthcare providers' levels of anxiety were at a much higher level than expected. They were doing their job efficiently without being considerate of their health, which resulted in worsening their health condition and increased the workload. Analysis of increased workloads, feeling of anxiety and checking in with the healthcare providers routinely, is an effective method for defeating the above HR challenge. There should be an open-door strategy in which worker can discuss their anxiety and issues about their work for HRM
