Kellee was arrested by the neighbours for allegedly stealing chicken in the neighbourhood and taken to court which found that Kellee had stolen the chicken and did not have any evidence to refute the allegation. On appeal by a higher court, the judgment was overturned and Kellee was set free. He now feels like the neighbours actually caused him pain and he wants to sue.

While in prison Kalama, the neighbor also built a wall fence that extended into the land of Kellee. All efforts to inform Kalama to extend the fence to his own land have been in vain. Kalama has continued to use the wall fence and in fact added razor wire at the top of the wall.

Martin, the shamba boy of Mr. Kellee while slashing the grass outside the gate, broke a windscreen of Tommie's car when the slasher flew out of his hand. Tommie has since demanded that his car should be repaired. The windscreen is valued at 200 united states dollars

Tommie took the car to a mechanic for safe custody until the windscreen is replaced. The mechanic started using it for Uber, around Kampala ferrying people from one point to another. Tommie is not okay with his car being used as a taxi.

Advise the parties of any tort actions and remedies, which the foregoing facts would justify.
