Kim buys a used car from Huyen for $5,000. Kim pays Huyen the $5,000 and after she gets the keys of the car from Huyen she asks Huyen if the car has been serviced regularly.

Huyen replies, "Of course the car has been regularly serviced just as the manufacturer recommend"

Three days later Kim discovered that the car has not been serviced for more than two years, during which time it has been driven more than 40,000 kilometres.
