Kim rings Cindy on 10 October and offers to sell Cindy his motor bike. He leaves the offer open until 18 October. On 17 October Kim rings back and tells Cindy he now wants to keep it and it is no longer for sale. Cindy replies that she wants to buy it and as it is not yet 18 October, Kim is obliged to accept her acceptance. He does not agree. Cindy has made an appointment to seek advice from her solicitor, Nadia.
