Knowing that he had two weeks of vacation time coming, Bruce Marks decided to paint his home. He went to the AAA Paint Palace and asked the manager to recommend a paint for his house. Bruce explained that the exterior walls were made out of concrete and in good condition. The manager stated that Seal all weather exterior paint would be perfect for his job. He also gave Bruce precise instructions for preparing the concrete and painting. Bruce followed the instructions faithfully, but four months later, the paint started to curl. Bruce decided to sue.
