Kolby is a consultant analyzing a recent Denial of Service attack on a US Government network. The network experienced a severe slowdown then eventually all network devices went offline and could not be reached.

Packet Analysis shows that prior to and during the slowdowns there was a high volume of fake networked packets hitting the network broadcast address.
