Kouzes and Posner (2017) describe the five practices of exemplary leadership that research suggests can be learned:

1. Model the Way
2. Inspire a Shared Vision
3. Challenge the Process
4. Enable Others to Act
5. Encourage the Heart

Research a current event that demonstrates one or more of the above. You can use the Internet, electronic news agencies, or journals to research a current event that should be less than three (3) years old. In your post, include the following:

• A summary of the event (one paragraph).
• Which leadership practice is reflected in the article? Was it the best practice for this event?
• Put yourself in the event as the leader, which leadership practice would you have used? Why?
  • If you have not had such an experience, select a less-than-credible leader in politics from either your country or from that of another country.
• In what ways was this person not credible?
  • How has this experience shaped your views on the importance of credibility?
