Once in the database, search for theNJ Statute of Frauds provisions.(Hint: you will not find all the provisions in the same place!)

Note thatNJ only recognizes four of the five statute of frauds provisions thatwe studied in this lesson.

When you find one of the NJ provisions note the following about it:

1. What does the statute govern?

2. When is a writing required?

3. What is the citation of the statute? (All NJ statutes are cited in a similar fashion --for example, NJSA 2A:15-5.6 is the citation for NJ's Dramshop statute -- so provide your NJ statute of frauds citation in the same format)
