l have to design a functionable $8$x$8$ RAM in logisim$.$ I want this to be done first with its internal structure, the functional circuit with the block with its internal structure, $8$x$8$ RAM built using $4$x$4$ RAM and the last is with the $8$x$8$ RAM from the logisim by doing a DRAM and a SRAM.
