Place the cart, with the picket fence attached to it, just before gate #1, release and record the time for it to pass through the second gate. Do this a total of 3 times and record the results. Then change the unbalanced mass to 30g, by taking the 10g mass and placing it on the cart. Take 3 runs with this setup. Then do it for 20g and 10g hanging off the pulley, with 3 runs for each. *Note: any masses that are not hanging off the pulley should be in the cart to keep the entire system at a constant mass.
