By understanding how energy functions we can predict outcomes for the analysis of the system being observed. This will consist of an introductory look at energy and how we detect/measure energy as well explore how different substances interact with energy and the consequences of that interaction. The second part of the lab will be to explore the different kinds of energy and how energy can me transformed to be used in various ways. Part 1: Intro to Energy. For this part of Lab7A, you will explore thermal energy, a type of energy we are familiar with.
