Because we do not want to accidentally leave the batteries connected to the circuit, in this lab, we will only use position A of the switch. Position A requires the switch to be held to keep it closed. Also make sure that the light bulbs (and connector screws) are properly screwed into their sockets. Throw the switch to A for a few moments and observe the light bulb. Throughout this lab, wait at least thirty seconds between runs to ensure that the light bulb cools. Q1.
