Lab Exercises: Set 4

For this lab, you will teach yourself W3.css, Bootstrap 3, or Bootstrap 4. To make the content part easy so that you can focus on the technology, you are to create a web site about yourself.

The web site is to be positive when you speak about yourself, your friends, your family members, and any other person you choose to have on your web site. Your web site will comprise of 2 pages. Your web pages are any combination of:

1. A page all about you -- do not put any specific personal information about yourself on this page. The page should have your general likes/dislikes, such as: favourite colour, band, vacation spot, subject, etc....
2. A page all about your family or your cultural heritage -- on this page you will speak about the individuals that make up your family and special things about your family. OR if you would rather speak in general about your family's cultural background and the rituals that your family takes part in, then feel free to do so.
3. A page dedicated to your friends -- you can use real pictures or representations of your friends.
4. A page dedicated to one of your likes. Favourite sports team, video game, TV show, etc.... On this page, you will speak a little about your favourite item and why you like it.
5. A page dedicated to another one of your likes -- if your pages are connected then make sure that you create a link to them (e.g., favourite game console and favourite video game).

* For all of your pages, there has to be:

• A link to your 'Home Page' AND a link to the 'Top of the Page'
• Different forms of multimedia (pictures, gifs, videos)
• An external link for more 'information' on a certain topic
• Clear, legible text
• Appropriate background picture
• Appealing layout

-- You can make up the information if you do not want to share personal info about yourself.
