Lab experiment preparation of samples: How to calculate: part 1-3 and part 7?

Procedure:

The mass quinine sulfate dihydrate to be weighed in to make the stock solution the mass quinine sulfate dihydrate to be weighed in to make the stock solution (see part 1-3) Note that the concentration in the stock solution is in mg quinine/L (and not mg quinine sulfate dihydrate/L).

At the same time, note the chemical formula for quinine sulfate dihydrate (see Chemicals/solutions) and for quinine (see Theory, Figure 3). Stem solution approx. 1000 mg quinine / L.

1. Fill the 100 mL flask any less than half full with distilled water and add 3 mL 1 M sulfuric acid (do not use micropipette).

2. Way into quinine sulfate dihydrate [(C20H24N2O2)2 H2SO42H2O] accurate on an analysis scale and Transfer the drug quantitatively to the flask.

3. Dissolve all the fabric and then dilute to the mark with distilled water.

4. Mark the measuring flasks (6 pieces of 100 mL and 3 pieces of 25 mL) and rinse them all with distilled water. It the following solutions should be made:

a. A blind test (100 mL)

b. Five calibration solutions (100 mL)

c. Three parallels with tonic water sample solution.

6. Create five calibration solutions with quinine by transferring 1.0 mL, 1.5 mL, 2.0 mL, 2.5 mL and 3.0 mL stock solution for each 100 mL measuring flask. Flush down the throat with slightly distilled water and put in cork.

TASK 2: 7. Make three 25 mL sample solutions by transferring "Tonic Water"/"Tonic Water Zero" (approx. 70 mg quinine/L) so that the kinin concentration in the final solutions is around 14 mg/L. <-HOW?
