Labda Sdn Bhd is having difficulty paying its debts. A creditor, Maze Bhd Wanted its payment of RM90,000 for goods sold on credit five months previously. The directors of Labda Sdn Bhd believe that the amount owing on the invoice was RM47,989.67. It also appears that the goods sold were defective and as a result a number of legal actions are being brought by customers of Labda Sdn Bhd who are claiming damages as a result of using the defective goods.
