Land reform is a process of transforming agriculture from large landowners to small-scale farming by way of distributing fertile land. However, land redistribution cannot succeed to improve farm productivity without strong governmental support to educate and train farmers; to provide modern and improved farm inputs; and to offer access to easy credit and effective marketing.
