(a) Indicate some of the challenges of delivering goods to inner-city (high-density) urban areas as well as high-rise towers from the perspective of the various stakeholders involved. You need to discuss at least two (2) challenges for inner-city areas, and two (2) for high-rise towers. In your answer, you need to provide examples and cite various resources including academic articles, industry reports, media, news, etc., to support your statement.

(b) Examine two (2) best practices and solutions adopted around the world to cope with the challenges discussed in (a). Provide examples.
