Law enforcement seeks to prevent crimes by making certain conduct illegal. It is in society's best interest to stop people from attempting to commit crimes. For this assignment, research one solicitation case and one conspiracy case. Prepare either a Power Point presentation or a Word document addressing each of the following:

• Provide definitions for both solicitation and conspiracy.
• Provide one real life example of a case for each type of crime. You can find cases in newspapers, magazines, or through a simple online search for solicitation and conspiracy cases. (Make sure your solicitation case is the type of solicitation we are learning about in the module)
• For each example case, be sure to provide the case name, date, court where the case was heard (or is pending), basic facts of each case and, if applicable, the verdict and any appeal information.
• Explain whether you believe that the facts in each case support the crime(s) charged.
