Jeremy who is old and bedridden wishes to pass all of his property to his confessor Reverend Patram and he asks his nephew Tarik to prepare his will for him.Tarik prepares a will for Jeremy which divides Jeremy's property into three (3) parts - one for the Reverend; one for himself (Tarik) and the third for Tarik's good friend Elson.Jeremy does not read the will but duly signs the will in the joint presence of his two neighbors who thereafter subscribe their signatures to the will.Two days later Jeremy pastes a bit of brown paper over the disposition to the nephew (Tarik) and a week later, he covers the gift to Elson with a fibre-tip pen.Jeremy now dies.
