Q 3: A contract can be terminated by breach: 1. Of a non-promissory statement, in which case the innocent party can repudiate the contract and sue for breach. 2. Of a warranty, in which case the innocent party can repudiate the contract and sue for breach. 3. Before the time for performance is due, in which case the innocent party must wait until the time for performance has arrived and then take action. 4.
