LDR 4400 This course has shown me many ways to be a great and successful leader. In addition, I learned how to create goals and how to work to achieve them as well as help those under me achieve their goals as well. The development plan and creating my philosophy of leadership helped me look inward to see what type of leader I want to become. These projects and discussion posts helped me see other views of leadership and other's views of applying leadership strategies. I will apply this knowledge to my practice by stepping up and being the leader I would want to follow. The leadership strategies I have learned in this course prepare me to take bigger steps and become a leader and make a difference at my hospital
