4. Explain what sets the organization(s) your leader leads apart from other organizations in the same industry

Research a merger/takeover the leader undertook in their role as leader of their organization with particular attention to how the cultures of the different organizations came together (or failed to come together).Was the merger successful? If possible, find one successful and one failed merger and offer an opinion as to why the outcome was what it was.
