Leaders of organizations who may be successful at what they do and see themselves as ethical and moral still cultivate a collection of (what Max Bazeman and Ann Trebunel call) blind spots. Ethical blind spots are not:

	A.	Consistent with the offenders purported beliefs and preferences.
	B.	Tolerant and silent in the face of scandalous behavior, thereby enabling unethical behavior, abuse, and harm.
	C.	Attributed to the concept of bounded ethicality, which leads even good people to engage in ethically questionable behavior that contradicts their preferred ethics.
	D.	The gaps between who you want to be and the person you are.
