Leaders should certainly encourage managers to make sure culture traits stand out throughout agencies. Congress et al., (2017) noted practicing any creating corporate cultural traits can create changes within an agency. For example, culture traits are one way to attract employees to form positive relationship with one another. Employees are going to choose to stay, perform their duties and follow all the policies that are being put in place. Congress et al., (2017) explained culture can be portrait as the vision, mission, and values of an agency. With that, the agency can evolve tremendously. This writer recognizes the importance of the culture traits in every shape and form from the agency she works for. This writer can identify three culture traits she believes her agency constantly chooses to practice in order to stay in business and make sure employees are respected: Credible, honest, and courageous. By following the three culture traits this writer reveals among many others, this agency has been able to hold on to their employees for decades. This writer once met a woman who worked there for thirty-three years. In fact, this employee retired there.
This writer appreciates these traits because they prove what the agency's values and beliefs are. They also prove the actual work that is being done for clients. In reality, credibility, honesty and courageous has to begin on the inside before they can be transfer to the outside. This is when, the true foundation within the agency is going to be reveal and be demonstrate. Honestly, if the foundation isn't built on a solid ground, it isn't going to last long. This agency this writer works for has been around since the fifties. This writer believes the presentation this agency has been display is going to help move towards the right direction for decades. Why? Because of social justice. Congress et al., (2017) emphasized social justice is about opportunities within the agency. Overall, cultural traits is phenomenal.
