Leadership can be done at any position. Leadership is a skill set that requires you to be able to motivate individuals and as the word says they lead. Leadership looks at the bigger picture and focuses on the vision. Management has focused on carrying out the tasks of the organization and managing people and every day of the operations. (Leadership Vs. Management: What's the Difference?, 2023) Headship is very new to me I had to look it up. I would love to say all nurses should be considered leaders but that is no fact. Some nurses are amazing at carrying out tasks. Leaders inspire and not all nurses do this. Should all that carry the title of RN be leaders, absolutely that is what made the difference between LPN and RN.
