Leadership is the "influencing" process between leaders and followers to achieve organizational objectives. With that, there is an importance of understanding the nature of position power and personal power in how we move across the various functions within the organization as well as external constituents through politicking and networking. It is the responsibility of the Christian leader to set an example in how the interconnectivity of power, politicking and networking can be achieved that reflects the spirit of Christian leadership.

Reflecting on the above statement, research articles that reveal how the appropriate power modeling intersecting with politics and networking that would develop one's moral leadership character to skillfully influence inside and outside the organization.
