Leadership Plan: Develop a plan to enhance your competence in the two standards you identified as personal opportunities. For each standard, select two competencies you want to work on. For each competency, provide a plan to help you grow in that area. Be specific and include resources you plan to use as you continue to develop your competence. Present your plan in a table that aligns the standard, the competency, and the action. It will work well if you set up three columns: 1) a column for Standards (remember to include two); 2) a column for Competencies (include two for each standard); and a column for Actions (one or more actions you will take for each competency; what you plan to do to increase your personal competence)
