Leading trom a toimdation built on solid ethics is critical tor leaders who want to cast light instead of darkness. Any group or team's ability to succeed is directly tied to the behaviors of its members (Johnson, 2018). For individuals to act ethically and foster an environment of cooperation, leaders must demonstrate ethical behavior and show that ethical behaviors are the norm.
