Lean Six Sigma SCM Project Details The project provides you with an opportunity to apply the concepts and principles addressed in your readings for SCMS 4810 to a real world process. Please pick a process with which you are familiar, document its current state (a value stream or process map is required), identify problems with the current process, make recommendations for improvement (apply Lean Six Sigma SCM concepts), present expected future state (a value stream or process map is required) of the process once recommendations are implemented. You should also discuss critical success factors for making your proposed recommended improvements. Please submit your presentation via the Dropbox on Canvas. Use PowerPoint for your presentation. There is no fixed length requirement, but most presentations tend to be around 15-20 slides. Also, you don't have to make a formal presentation.
