Leanne was browsing eBay when she noticed a picture of a strange purple crystal advertised by one of the sellers. Leanne is a novice crystal collector and would like to expand her collection of uncommon and rare crystals. She is convinced that the strange purple crystal is a type of amethyst. She emailed the seller, Mary Toohey, who responded that the crystal is amethyst mined from Siberia. Because the crystal was being sold for only $50, Leanne thought that it was a real bargain, and decided to buy it. She later found out, after asking his friend, Alex, who is an expert crystal collector, that the crystal is not an amethyst crystal but a  laboratory-created imitation often mistaken as the real thing.   

Leanne wants to return the laboratory-created imitation and recover the purchase price she paid. Advise Leanne about her legal rights.
