2. a scenario in which a patient is being seen for a procedure that will use a Category II code. What type of facility is the patient being seen in? What section of the CPT Manual is the code located in? What code might you use?
3. a scenario in which a patient is being seen for a procedure that will use a Category III code. What type of facility is the patient being seen in? What section of the CPT Manual is the code located in? What code might you use?
