This Stage requires you to identify training needs for team members so that they can better promote respect for differences in personal interactions at work. You are also to identify support measures for working with diversity. You will use Appendix B - Training Needs Asseszment. 3.1 You are to identify the training needs of employees that are required to work with respect for individual differences in personal interactions in a diverse workplace. You will use the template provided in Appendix B - Training Needs Assessment and plan the key skills and knowledge that are required. Identify and record eight (8) skills and knowledge areas that can be used by teams to rate their capacity in relation to working with diversity.
