They discover that Ms. Sullivan has been living abroad for the past 15 years and the property is a vacant lot which has been fenced. There is also an extensive garden on the property. Ms. Sullivan claims to be unaware of this. (b) John Legend is one month in arrears, but his property is very attractive and the one of the Credit Union employees has had his eyes on it for himself. The credit union is thinking about selling. there are covenants for the maintenance of the bridge in Mr. Simon Smile's property which has been on the market for 2 years.
