$2.$ Create a data dictionary for your project

$3.$ Develop the Essential Model as a hierarchy model to be presented in a Scratch program.

$4.$ Develop an Implementation Model to be presented in a Scratch program.

The problem you are addressing for Homework $2$ is the same as it was for Homework $1.$

Make sure you have the variables and logic nailed down $($the human$-$level and program$-$level
