From the homepage, click on "About Us."From the drop-down menu, go to "Rights We Protect" and click on "Your Rights."This will take you to a new page.Once there, click on "Employee Rights."

Using the topics listed under "Related Topics", respond to the following questions:

1.Other than federal and/or state workers, name three groups not covered by the NLRA. (You can list these, no sentences needed.)

2.True of False - Under federal law, workers have the legal right to form a union and to join a union, but they also have the right not to do these things.

3.Federal law treats "economic" and "unfair labor practice" strikers differently.Choose ONE of these categories and:

a.Explain in own words what is meant by an "economic" striker or an "unfair labor practice" striker (whichever you chose).

b.Explain in own words whether this sort of striker can be terminated during a strike, and

c.whether this sort of striker is entitled by law to get his or her job back after a strike is over.
