6. Mahroos owns a supermarket and he is facing difficulties in his business because of the spread of Covid 19 Virus. So one of his suppliers (Sameer) offered to supply him with special hand sanitizer specific for the Covid 19 virus. However, the price for each bottle is 3 BD. Mahroos agreed with Sameer to buy 1000 bottles but he made a clear condition to Sameer, He has have to supply them within 5-7 days so I could sell them quickly to people. Sameer agreed and Mahroos started advertising for his clients that special Covid 19 sanitizer would be available in 5 days at his supermarket at a price of 4 BD per bottle. Due to difficulties in shipment Sameer only managed to bring the hand sanitizers in 7 days, in the meantime competitors of Mahroos managed to offer similar sanitizers in the market in 5 days so many clients purchased from them. When Mahroos received the products, he did not sell many of them so he had to discount the price to 2 BD per bottle so he can sell them. Mahroos continued to have financial difficulties so when Sameer asked him for the money he said "you did not delivered the bottles on the agreed time, so I won't pay you anything".
