7. Rashid is a fruit distributor in Bahrain. He ordered 3,000 kilos of mangos from India in order to sell them in Bahrain for summer season. He signed a contract with a company called ABC to transport the mangos by sea from India. ABC Company told Rashid that they need only one week to transport the mangos to Bahrain. Rashid told ABC that he requires the mangos to be in time because the mangos will expire in three weeks from date of shipment, which will only give him 2 weeks to sell from the expected date of arrival. The mangos were loaded and the ship left on 15th of April. In the way the ship was hit by sever storm and they had to stop in Pakistan for one week. After that, they left and arrived in Oman after another week as well. ABC Company decided that the mangos will expire by the time they arrive in Bahrain so they called Rashid to ask his permission to sell them in Oman, Rashid was not available as he was in hospitalised after a major car accident.
