Leon started out as a Developer in online cars sales company, Mars Car with great enthusiasm and full of ideas. He has become resentful and bitter of late, as he believes that nobody listens to him or praises him for the good work he has done. As a result, he has become quite lazy and only does the bare minimum of work. He gets angry easily if anyone asks him to do something that he considers 'extra work'. He is often late for work and tries to leave as early as possible. Other staff are now reluctant to work with him on projects because of his volatility.
