Explore job search resources to identify those you believe to be relevant to finding careers that match your interests. Include in your search, your local CareerLink and O*net, and other relevant sources from this weeks' readings. (You may also wish to explore other sources listed in this weeks' Deeper Dive.)

1. From your search, identify two current career opportunities that align with your personality preferences, work values, interests and skills (Note: You will focus on one of these jobs for the activities in Phase 3 of the course).

2. Discuss your results with your colleagues. Your initial post should summarize the results of your search, including:

• The top 2 - 3 career search sources that you found to be most relevant and why.
• The 2 job opportunities that you identified through your search, and why you believe they would be a good fit for you based on your personality preferences, work values, interests and skills.
