Let T be a binary search tree with n items. Suppose all of the size values of the nodes have been filled. When a new item is inserted or removed in T, the size values of some of the nodes change. Rewrite the InsertItem and RemoveElement methods for the binary search tree so that the size values of the affected nodes are updated. The running times should still be O(h).
