let us say I am using fscanf to read lines from a file in c the file contents is the following

10/10|2000|

10/10|4000|

11/11|6000|

I want to only read lines that contain 10 in the first 10/ and then add the numbers between |number|

so my final return would be 6000 here. I want to it without having to store data in array.

I just wanna do it as I read the file.
