Let's continue to examine how problems drive change and how those changes may or may not solve the problem. Think back over the past few years when COVID was running rampant. Identify at least 3 changes that personally impacted you, your family, or your coworkers. It may have been something you did, someone you know did, something required by an organization, or something that was mandated and may or may not have had sound reasoning. You may add multiple changes to the table if you would like.
You will find a wiki page after this discussion that is set up with a table like this. We will use it to collect our list of changes so we can see everything at a glance.
The Change | The Problem | Notes | Initials |
List the change in the first column, and the problem it was attempting to solve in the second column. In the third column add any notes, observations, or comments about this item, and in the fourth column, put your initials to identify yourself as the poster of the item. You may add a source as shown in the example, but it is not necessary to identify a supporting resource since your comment may be a personal observation. You do not need to use APA for your sources in order to put it in our table. This is just note-taking and information-gathering for this part of our discussion. Our goal is to look at changes that were made and the problems they attempted to solve. You may repeat the problem someone else has shared, but you must identify a different change. Each student should identify three changes for full credit on your initial post.

Part 2
After we have constructed the table, review the list, and comment in this discussion board about your observations regarding the problems, solutions, and changes based on this exercise, and any connections you might have to what we have been learning this week through your readings and media views.
