Let's pretend that you are opening a small convenience store/gas station. In addition to gas, you plan on selling a small inventory of grocery/convenience items. You store is on the outskirts of town, and the lighting is rather poor in that area. The parking area around your store has several large potholes as well.

The question here is two fold:
