Lillie needed a new float for her boat. She paid Bass Pro $30,000 for a new float. The price included Bass Pro delivering and attaching the float to her boat.

But when Bass Pro were towing the new float with their boat on their way to Lillie's boat, the towing rope broke and the wind washed the float up on some rocks where it was destroyed.

When Lillie asked Bass Pro for his money back they looked at her and said, "Sorry, it is your float; the property in the float passed to you when you bought it and we are not responsible for any losses."

Did property in the float pass to Lillie? Does she have to bear the loss? Explain your answer. Cite any sections of the NS Sale of Goods Act that are applicable.
