Linda, Che and Colin are friends. They always put monies together and buy a set of lottery tickets with the understanding that if they win the jackpot, they will split the money equally. On 14^th February, 2019, Che was going to town and Linda and Colin sent him text messages stating that if he puts $50 towards their tickets, they will pay him back later.
