Listen to the Serial Podcast Episode 7 Titled: "The Opposite of the Prosecution"

In this Assignment we are turning to the work of a defense attorney and their staff. Given what you know about Adnan's case from listening to the assigned episodes, imagine you are the defense attorney. As you listen to the podcast episode and read the textbook chapter think about what evidence you would want to collect? What evidence do you believe should not be allowed at trial?

Please answer this two part question:

Part I - list three pieces of evidence you would like to collect to prove the innocence of your client. You can use anything that has been mentioned in the podcast episodes up to now. For each piece of evidence explain what you would like to accomplish by using that evidence in trial.

Part II - Please answer this question: What evidence would you question under the 4th, 5th or 6th Amendments as discussed in this week's Chapter reading? You can use different types of evidence than what you listed in Part I, if you prefer. You must list one piece of evidence you oppose.

Format for Part II answer:
