Registration takes 2 min and from there patients are triaged into symptomatic or asymptomatic. Symptomatic patients are sent to area A and asymptomatic are sent to area B. In area A there is space for 2 people to wait before being seen by a nurse. The average wait time is 5 min. It takes a nurse 30 seconds to swab, but it typically takes 30 seconds for the patient to get positioned at the nurse's station before the swab, 1 min for the nurse to record the information after the swab and 3 min for the station to be cleaned before the next patient can enter. There are two nursing stations in area A. In area B, the average wait time is 1 min before being seen by a paramedic who swabs you in your seat. It takes 30 seconds for them to swab the patient and another 1 min for them to record the patient's information before the patient can leave. Draw the process.
