• S-1 v. Turlington, 635 F.2d 342 (5^th Cir. 1981)/ Turlington v. S-1 454 U.S. 1030 (1981)

Then read each case. Once you have read all two cases provide an Annotated Bibliography of each case. An Annotated Bibliography consists of a citation and a one-paragraph description of the case. The prevailing theme of all two cases is discipline within special education law.
