1. Lochie had a restaurant & bar. He contracted with Claudia to provide most of the food for his restaurant. Unexpectedly, a worldwide pandemic happened (Covid), which meant it was hard for Claudia to source foods from overseas. She told Lochie she could only supply him with the food after the Covid pandemic had finished. Claudia's business had also suffered during the Covid crisis, so she said to Lochie that she may never be able to supply him again.

Lochie was not happy- (he said to her that Covid had been tough for everyone-not just her). He said if Claudia can't deliver, he will be forced to get another supplier.

Lochie made a contract with another supplier. He then sued Claudia for the difference between her contract price & the new contract price, (because the new supplier charged much more.)

Advise Claudia what remedy against Lochie she may have.
