^{I am struggling with this problem. I have tried everything in the book and can't get the right answer. My book says use the graph but I don't know how to.}

I attempted...

log(5600^0.1) = 3 + log (5.6^0.1)

= 3 + 0.1 log (5.6)

= 3 + 0.1 (0.86)
